Thanks a lot for the help. I'm planning on contacting Visa too to see if I can claim against my card. It takes months and dozens of complaints before they start to look at something. I presume that other manufacturers are not plagued by this issue? Customer service asked me to fax the bill-of-sale for proof of purchase so they could give me the 3-month extended warranty. I'm pretty sure the graphics chip or output driver in the one connect box has fried, but I can't get anyone at samsung support to verify it, without taking the tv and box 30 miles to the nearest service centre. It is on though cos if I make menu inputs, I can faintly see the menu options from my room light falling on the tv. However, in my travels also came across this which sounds like it is your problem.
Tried again today and turned to the owner's manual of my Pioneer receiver. I've had a total of 14 days use out of it. I searched this thread and found it might be a pico fuse on T-con board, i have no idea which type of pico fuse i need to buy to replace it, if any body can help which type of pico fuse needed for this model and is there any website where you can buy t-con board in uk. So, the problem is with hdmi port no. I have tried all combinations of switching settings. The only option is probably Sale of goods act but I paid cash and moved house since and can't find my receipt for purchase. I have not tried anything to do with the inverters, capacitors are all fine unrelated.

Hi, I have a samsung K series tv - bought in 2017 and a Samsung hw-j355 bought at the same time. He unwrapped it, plugged it all in and discovered that a picture would only arrive approximately 20 minutes after first being turned on, but he got perfect sound almost instantly. Was on, connected to a decoder and working fine when all of a sudden the picture went off.
In the chat room about a week ago, I was promised it'd be fixed within a week or so, and it's one big lie. I have a Samsung un60d8000 hooked to a Samsung BluRay, Denon amp and Cox cable box. If anybody is thinking of spending their hard-earned money with them I suggest they think again. Did anyone have something like this?
